We are here in Canmore, and have skied the race course which is awesome.  It’s got some good striding and after some light intensity today I am looking forward to really hammering it on Saturday.

This photo is from Silver Star, and it’s of Holly and I.  Holly was in the group that went back home to Anchorage to get ready for nationals instead of coming to Canmore.  The group here now is mainly sprinters or hybrid racers because we are only here for the two classic sprints.  We even had Erika Klaar fly in just for these races, to get in some good classic sprinting.  

Boy is it different from Silver Star!  in the photo it was about zero degrees and we were freezing our butts off for team photos in spandex.  Here it is about zero degrees C and warm with slush on the roads.
