APU had thanksgiving dinner Sunday night this year. It just works out better with the races and preparing for them. We had a recovery day Sunday, so it was very convenient. The food turned out really well, and I spent a whole lot of time baking four pies:
They turned out excellently.
I am very excited for the races tomorrow, it’s a point to point sprint classic race prologue, which could be extremely interesting!
